Sir Turtle Beach Villas is a beautiful, tranquil and casual beach front home with great access to everything the Cayman Island life has to offer. Nestled in South Hole Sound overlooking the Caribbean Sea are our nautical style villas. Each home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a picturesque loft set up for children and can sleep up to 8 guests. An ideal family spot - perfect for the ultimate family reunion or destination wedding as the two villas are adjoining making it easy for a large family to rent both villas yet feel like you are in one very large beach home.
Enjoy your own private swimming pool & boat dock, easily tour Little Cayman Island by bicycle or walking or just set back and relax and enjoy the breezes on the shaded deck. We are sure your stay at Sir Turtle Beach Villas will create memories of a lifetime.
The Beach Villas
The villas are located high above sea level and provide vacationers with unparalleled views of the beach on one side and the official RAMSAR Bird Sanctuary on the other.
Designed as a duplex split into two homes, each nautical style villa has four bedrooms (3 king sized beds and one twin room) and two bathrooms so it can comfortably sleep 8 people. You can rent the red side or the blue side or both for a big gathering.
It truly is the most relaxing break away from it all with both sides sharing a private beach and dock, private pool and you can feel free to use our bikes to explore the island with safety on the 25mph roads!
Both sides are complemented with a spacious kitchen living area and every small and large appliance you could possibly need to prepare a seaside feast, or if you would prefer you can hone in your grilling skills on the large outdoor gas BBQ which sits in pride of place on the huge front porch.
The front porch balcony looks out over the pool and beach and provides both lounge seating and table seating for all guests so you can relax and dine both inside and outside.
The properties both have washer/dryer, air conditioning and wifi.

Little Cayman
Little Cayman truly is one of the worlds few barely touched gems, from the moment you touchdown on the runway, which is also a regularly used road, you will find yourself unwinding to the Little Cayman pace of life. One of three islands that make up the Cayman Islands, Grand Cayman is the largest, Cayman Brac is the middle sized sister island and Little Cayman is the smallest of the three.
At only approximately 10 miles long and an average width of 1 mile with only 170 full-time residents, the peace and tranquility of the island is unrivalled. The beauty of the island will have you wanting to explore which is why we provide you with bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards so you can explore this little gem to your hearts content!
Two small resorts, both with restaurants and beach bars are within walking distance from the villas, as is the small convenience store which encompasses a grocery, liquor and a hardware store where the locals will happily do their very best to provide you with whatever you are looking for.
Every nature activity that can be enjoyed in the tropical climate is found on this paradise island. Scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, sailing, deep sea fishing, bird watching, iguana feeding, hiking and much more.
The diving opportunities in Little Cayman are truly unbelievable. Bloody Bay Marine Park is the most popular dive site area and the Bloody Bay Wall is among the best dive sites in the Western Hemisphere. The dive park has a variety of reef formations that encompass 22 different sites, all with spectacular clarity and abundant life. Dive trips are available through Conch Club Divers and others and fishing trips are available through Head of Bay and others.
Inland the 203 acre Booby Pond Nature Reserve is a RAMSAR site and the nesting ground for the Caribbean's largest population of Red Footed Boobies. Another native of this small island is the friendly iguana. These creatures have the right of way on the roads and paths.
Travel to Little Cayman is a short one hour flight from Miami, Florida to Grand Cayman then an inter island flight of about 30-40 minutes during which time you will be stunned with ariel views of our amazing islands.
